VIGO x MAAG x Raost Mhayle = MAGIC at the Ethnofashion Festival.
VIGO showcased a contemporary and balanced fusion of accessories featuring traditional nomadic ornaments and MAAG brand clothing. Raost Mhayli was responsible for art direction and styling.
The theme of the "Ethnofashion-Meanings festival is cross-cultural dialogue, promoting understanding and respect for diverse cultural values. The festival has been running since 2009.

Saint Petersburg-based brand VIGO exhibits its new SHIPPO capsule clutch collection, a unique fusion of ancient traditions and contemporary design. This limited collection, crafted from the finest natural wool and leather, features the captivating geometric SHIPPO pattern, exquisitely embroidered in silk.
The SHIPPO pattern, composed of overlapping quarter-circles, creates an elegant design reminiscent of flower petals, also known as the "Flower of Life." This ancient symbol, prevalent in numerous cultures worldwide, represents seven essential life values in Japan: a strong family, prosperity, morality, health, harmony, wisdom, and love.
The VIGO team utilizes age-old hand-felting and rug-weaving techniques, recognized by UNESCO as intangible cultural heritage, to create these unique pieces. Skilled Russian artisans handcraft each clutch, incorporating state-of-the-art leatherworking technologies to ensure the highest quality and durability.

The program included works by directors from Japan, Malaysia, China, and other countries, featuring both Asian filmmakers and international filmmakers who have worked in Asia.

At the BRICS Creative Industries Summit, the VIGOARTS gallery team presented the concept for an international exhibition, "Carpet and Fashion," securing the support of the Russian and Kazakh governments. The project plans to involve specialists from various countries and regions of Russia and will be held in major cultural centers worldwide. The exhibition is tentatively scheduled for autumn 2026.

On September 8th, a masterclass on Still Life took place, where each participant had the opportunity to paint their own still life in their chosen style and technique. Olga V. Müller, a modern artist, member of the Union of Artists (Frankfurt), member of the Union of Designers (St. Petersburg) and resident of VIGOARTS gallery, recently held her exhibit “Carriers” in the heart of Moscow, at the mansion located at 10 Karmanitsky Lane (May 2024).In a world saturated with digital noise, artist Olga V. Müller reminds us of the enduring beauty and resilience of the human form in her new exhibit, "Carriers."
In our increasingly digital and technologically driven world, the human body remains a powerful symbol of continuity and connection to our shared history. Through a series of delicate, expressive sketches, Müller delves into the raw emotionality and vulnerability of the human form, inviting viewers to contemplate the body as a "carrier" of our souls.
"My work is a response to the overwhelming presence of technology in our lives," says Müller. "I want to remind us that beneath the surface of our digital personas, we are all still connected to our shared humanity."

She is a graduate of the Stieglitz State Academy of Art and Industry in Saint Petersburg. Since 1999, Olga has worked as a designer for various local brands, and in 2006 she founded her own fashion house Olga Boyarinova. Under this name, she created costumes for theater and stage looks for Russian and foreign artists. In 2013, she became particularly interested in the topic of sustainable development in fashion and six years later launched the Boyari brand as a result of long-term research. She was particularly inspired by the material "apple skin" (yes, it actually contains apple peel), as well as the highly eco-friendly fabrics Tencel and Hollofiber. In Boyari, she sews everything from dresses and down jackets to bags.
